About Us
Gangchu is a casual dining concept in historic Seminole Heights heavily focusing on chimaek. Pronounced "chi-mek", this is literally the pairing of Korean fried chicken and beer. At Gangchu we serve crispy fried chicken and other Korean street-food inspired options that may be shared by many or simply enjoyed alone. At our full liquor bar, we also offer unique craft cocktails including Soju-based concoctions, beer towers, and cocktails on draft.

Reservations are encouraged, but not required.
If you are running late for your reservation, please call the restaurant (813) 723-GANG. We have a 15 minute grace period before releasing the table for walk-ins.
Your party will be seated once everyone has arrived.
Walk-ins are seated based on availability.
